RETURN POLICY: Parts that are pre-packaged and sealed are not returnable once they are opened. This includes all parts that are in Sealed Plastic. Overhaul kits are not returnable if opened. No returns after 30 days. No returns allowed on Tools, Electronic parts and Technical manuals. A 20% Restocking and handling fee will be applied to all returnable items. Shipping cost is not refundable. All returns must have Prior company approval and authorization, with conformation Email from Transpartsonline. We will issue credit on unopened sealed parts, less shipping, bank card discount fee and 20% restocking and handling fee.

CORE RETURNS: Core charges will be refunded when we receive your core or cores. Broken or cracked cores will not receive core credit. Band cores must be rebuild able for core credit, broken bands or bands that have worn metal to metal will not receive credit. All cores must be returned with in 45 days from invoice date to receive credit. Some parts with critical cores will not ship without core exchange first.
CREDIT CARD SALES Credit cards are verified on an Address Verification System (AVS) and other security systems (CVV). This automatically checks the Bill to address that you type in against the credit card address on file with your issuing bank. The billing address must match the credit card address on file with your credit card. We will not ship an order if we receive an "N" (no match) code or if your bank will not verify the address. We will "ship to" another address, only if the "Bill To" address matches exactly. Due to increased credit card fraud, we may not ship until we verify the order with you and the issuing credit card company. We may also ask the card issuing bank to make a courtesy call to you to verify the charges.
SALES INFORMATION: An accurate numbering system developing more part numbers takes a considerable amount of time to develop. We do not guarantee the accuracy of all the listed part numbers and descriptions. TransPartsOnline is working to create an accurate list of part numbers. You are the final judge of what you should order and use for each application. Sometimes it takes more description to pinpoint the exact part for the transmission model. If you’re not sure which item you need please don’t hesitate to call or Email us. Some parts have been upgraded, improved and modified from the original OE design. And require upgrade packages we are trying to improve the detail in the description of these items so that when you are browsing through the parts list you can select what you need with clarity. The Deluxe rebuild kits contain most of the normal ware out soft parts. The MRK Deluxe kit is a full kit containing all the soft parts to do a complete job. Master kits have overhaul kits with all the friction and steel clutch plates. Master kits Less Steels have overhaul kits with only frictions. Overhaul kits are gasket and seal kits including metal clad seals and a sealing ring kit. Gaskets kits have all paper and rubber components necessary to replace during overhaul. There may be other broken hard parts that you need to replace. You will need to order hard parts as needed. You can order our products online through our secure connection to the Internet. Any information you send will be fully encrypted for your protection. We accept payment by PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Most orders received before 12:00 noon PST will ship the same day, with in stock items. We can also take credit card orders over the phone or received US postoffice money orders sent to us by mail.
INTERNATIONAL SALES: For international shipping after the order is packaged TransPartsOnline will Email a link for shipping cost. We will ship to most parts of the world using the U.S. Postoffice. If you want to use another shipping method just let us know which carrier you prefer and we will work with you. PayPal payment method is the only payment method for Internation sales. The minimum International sale amount is $40.00 USD plus shipping.
LIMITED WARRANTY: All new, rebuilt and used parts listed on this site are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase. Our liability under this warranty is limited to replacing or crediting the original purchase price of any part found to be defective. No claims for labor, shipping or consequential damage will be accepted. What is not covered under this warranty: Electrical products, Removal or installation costs, Damage due to accident, misuse or alteration, damage due to improper installation. All parts claimed defective must be returned prepaid freight for inspection with a written explanation of how or why the part is defective. All returns must have Prior company approval and authorization.
